Great place. Nice and central. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast is great. Coffee is better than most! Best part is the staff. Really helpful and friendly and sort any issues as quick as possible. There’s enough good English to get the message across and it seems other languages too. Roof top bar is great and the cocktails are real cocktails. There’s an ATM if you turn right out the door and good coffee shop and if you go a bit further the 2nd best croissant shop in Hanoi. Still looking for the first! And they are magic croissants. Try the Karaoke if you like caramel. Walking distance (20mins). To the old town but grab will get you anywhere fast.

Helpful counter staff,higher floor water pressure not strong,need to improve but still at acceptable level.Overall still happy to stay here.

空调声音很大，吵得无法睡觉，洗澡用的沐浴用品是罐装的，瓶子可以随便打开，而且又脏，我都不敢用，要是有人在里面放异物谁来保证安全？其他还好，总体体验不算好，不符合这个价格
